integratedSCADA has successfully completed Factory Acceptance (FAT) testing of the HMI development project as part of a Queensland gold mining venture.
The Human Machine Interface (HMI) was based on touch screen operator displays (Rockwell PanelView Plus 1500) and a smaller process summary display. The HMI was developed using Rockwell FactoryTalk View Machine Edition (ME).
The operator console is installed in a demountable type building with a control room (CR) and Motor Control Centre (MCC).
The SCADA control system will monitor and control the processing facility including, crushing, grind mill, magnetic separation, flotation, reagent dosing, water, air, diesel and generation.
